Chocolate Cup Cake

INGREDIENTS:                         Units

All purpose Flour 337 grams
Mango Flour 38 grams
Baking Powder 12 grams
Baking Soda 8 grams
Cocoa Powder 150 Grams
Glucose Syrup 225 grams
Whole eggs 350 grams
Butter (butter cup) 100 grams
Evaporated Milk 300 grams
Brown Sugar 462 grams

 

PROCEDURES:

  1. Mix butter, sugar and mango flour for 10 minutes.
  2. Add eggs, glucose syrup, and milk, and mix for 10 minutes.
  3. Add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix for 7 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into muffin pans and bake for 23 minutes.
  • Baking temp. : 180oC
  • Baking time: 23 minutes
  • Yield: 49 pieces
