All purpose Flour
Peel banana fruit and weigh required amount, add butter and salt, and mix for 10 minutes.
Add mango flour, all purpose flour, milk, baking soda and baking powder, and mix for 3 minutes.
Add eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and mix for 7 minutes.
Pour mixture in muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes.
Mixture dough weight is about 40 grams each.
Baking temp: 180oC; Baking time: 20 minutes
Yield: 44 pieces
