Butter Cookies

Sample recipes:  Ingredients and its amounts may change according to desired preference. Mango flour ratio to all-purpose/cake flour may vary according to taste preference.

 

INGREDIENTS:                         Units

All purpose Flour 500 grams
Mango Flour 50 grams
Baking Powder 15 grams
Vegetable lard 75 grams
Refined Sugar 250 grams
Salt 8 grams
whole egg 10 grams
Butter (butter cup) 100 grams

 

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Cream, vegetable lard, butter, sugar and salt,  for 2 minutes
  2. Add mango flour and egg, mix for 4 minutes.
  3. Add all purpose flour and baking powder, mix for 4 minutes
  4. Place in baking pan and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Baking temp. : 180C
  • Cooking time : 20 minutes
